Biography

Mr. Rubin has been a director since June 2014 (prior to the Conversion, he served as a director of the General Partner). He served as a partner at Wexford Capital from 2012 to 2023 having served as Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Equities and as a member of Wexford Capital’s hedge fund investment committee. From 2006 to 2012, he served as an analyst and later as Vice President, focusing on Wexford Capital’s public and private energy investments. Since January 2023, Mr. Rubin has served as Head of Commodity Equities at BTG Pactual Asset Management US. Mr. Rubin graduated cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in political science and economics.
