Mr. Zmigrosky has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of our general partner since February 2019. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Zmigrosky was in private practice of law, most recently as a partner in the corporate section of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP where he worked extensively with Diamondback and its subsidiaries. Mr. Zmigrosky holds a BSM in Finance from Tulane University and a JD from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
